  3. Dégazer la pâte Étaler la pâte en rectangle Étaler la crème et les pépites de chocolat Enrouler l'ensemble pour former un boudin Et couper 7 / 8 tranche Disposer dans un moule sur du papier cuisson Et laisser pousser pendant 1h30 Badigeonner d'un jaune d’œufs et enfourner 30min à 180°C.
