- Préparation de la garniture (peut se faire la veille): haché les amendes et noisettes. Mettre dans un saladier avec les fruits confits et le rhum.Et laisser reposer le plus longtemps..
- Rajouté tous les ingrédients au levain sauf la garniture. Pétrir pendant 5mn. Laissé levé sous un linge 1h00..
- Aplatir la pâte. Ajouté la garniture et formé un "boudin". Laisser reposer 1h00..
- Préchauffé le four à 170°c.
- Enfourné pendant 45mn.
- Durant la cuisson, sortir le Stollen 3 fois afin de le badigeonner de mélange (beurre fondu)..
- Une fois cuit recouvrir de sucre glace très généreusement..
