Spätzle. You can also mince a few pieces of bacon in a pan, and heat the cooked spaetzle in the bacon drippings-only omit the butter, if preparing recipe with bacon. Spätzle [ˈʃpɛtslə] (Swabian diminutive of Spatz, thus literally "little sparrow"), or Knöpfle (diminutive of button), also Spätzli or Chnöpfli in Switzerland or Hungarian Nokedli, Csipetke, Galuska or Slovak Halušky or Slovenian Vaseršpacli or vodni žličniki is a type of pasta made with fresh eggs and found in the cuisines of southern Germany and Austria, Switzerland, Hungary. A German Spätzle recipe can be tricky to make.

Spätzle Easy, because I use a stainless steel Lid and Scraper combo that I brought back from Germany. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the noodles to a colander, and then dump the noodles in a large bowl of ice water. It's super easy to make from scratch and downright delicious.   1. You need 5 of œufs.
  2. Prepare 400 of grammes de fromage blanc.
  3. You need 500 of grammes de farine.
  4. It's 1 of peu de sel.

Spätzle is a special kind of egg noodle that is often enjoyed as a side dish with gravies or sauces but also the main ingredient in other dishes like the famous. Boil until spaetzle rise to the surface; remove to ice water. In a skillet, heat spaetzle in butter until lightly browned. Serve with schnitzel and gravy or with Parmesan cheese.

  1. Mélanger les œufs, le fromage blanc et la farine au robot ou à la main si vous avez les biceps.
  2. Faire bouillir de l’eau salée dans un grand fait tout.
  3. «  râpez» la pâte sur une planche à gros trous ou une râpe spéciale spätzle directement dans l’eau bouillante et laissez cuire deux minutes.
  4. Égouttez bien vos spätzle après les avoir passés sous l’eau froide. Elles sont prêtes à être revenues!.
  5. Faire chauffer du beurre dans une poêle en fonte et faire revenir les spätzle 5 minutes avant de servir. Il faut qu’ils soient un peu grillés.
