How to Cook Perfect Tzatziki

Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Tzatziki. Also makes a nice dipping sauce for Veggies. Stir together yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil in a bowl. Add lemon zest, dill, salt, and pepper; whisk until smooth. At last, a proper tzatziki, just the way we make this in Greece. The only difference is that we mostly use red wine vinegar here, instead of white, but the taste is pretty much the same.
